Return and exchange terms

  • Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
  • Return delivery of goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta service at the buyer’s expense.


Return conditions for goods of good quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” There are two reasons why a buyer can return or exchange an item he purchased:
1. if the product does not correspond to the quality declared by the manufacturer;
2. if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.
The return must be of proper quality, namely:
- the product packaging is not damaged
- complete set
- no mechanical damage
- no traces of use
The shipment can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The return is carried out at the expense of the Sender. 
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after receipt and verification of the goods by the seller.


Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” If defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand:
- proportional reduction in price;
- free elimination of product defects;
- reimbursement of expenses for eliminating product defects.
- if defects in the goods that cannot be repaired are detected, the Client may request a replacement of the goods or a refund. The consumer requirements provided for in this article are not subject to implementation if the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that meets the consumer requirements established by part one of this article) proves that the defects of the product arose as a result of the consumer violating the rules for using the product or storing it. The consumer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the product personally or through his representative.
Returns are made at the expense of the recipient.

According to the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality and are not subject to return or exchange.
