• Pick up from our Koffer.UA store in the Marmelad shopping center on the street. Borshahovskaya, 154. Please agree on arrival and availability of goods in advance.
• Pick up from our store Koffer.UA in the shopping center Gorodok Gallery (metro Pochaina) on Stepana Bandery Avenue, 23. Please agree on arrival and availability of goods in advance.
• To the Nova Poshta branch.
• To the Nova Poshta parcel terminal.

The following payment methods are available for goods ordered in the Koffer.UA online store:

• Payment in cash or by card to the courier upon receipt of the goods - home delivery by Nova Poshta.
• Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta upon receipt.
• Online payment by Visa/Mastercard bank card via the WayforPay service directly on the website.
• Online payment via the "Payment in installments" service from PrivatBank directly on the website.
• Online payment via the "Payment in installments" service from Monobank directly on the website.
• Payment in the retail store Koffer.UA when choosing the delivery method "Pickup from the store" when ordering.
• Payment to the IBAN company bank account without VAT.

In retail stores, goods can be paid for in cash and by Visa/Mastercard bank card through a terminal.

More about warranty terms 

Return is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is New, without traces of use. There is a purchase receipt, uncut tags and packaging.

The return is made in our store if you bought in Kyiv. Or by New Mail at the expense of the buyer.
