Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days from the moment you receive the item.

Returning an item of proper quality
You can return or exchange an item if:
- it has not been used;
- the packaging and full set are preserved;
- there is no damage;
- the item does not suit you for any reason.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
To make a return, you need to fill out an application form. A sample form is provided on request via Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
Refund period
The refund is made in a convenient way for you within 3 business days after the item is received and checked.
If the item has a defect
If defects are found during the warranty period, you can:
- request repair of the item;
- request compensation of the cost;
- exchange the item or receive a refund if the defect cannot be repaired.
Important: please report the issue within 24 hours after receiving the item by phone, email or messenger.
Return shipping for a defective item is paid by the recipient.
The refund is also made within 3 business days after the item has been checked.
Additional information
The seller may refuse to accept the return of an item of proper quality if it belongs to the list of goods that are not subject to return under Ukrainian law.
