How to place an order
You can place an order online in our store or by phone at 096 813 06 06.
Orders placed through the website are accepted around the clock, but processed during business hours.
Working hours:
Mon–Fri: 10:00–19:00
Sat–Sun: closed. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

Orders under 6000 UAH
Delivery cost is paid according to Nova Poshta rates.
Orders from 6000 UAH
Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is covered by us.
Shipping terms
The minimum order amount for Nova Poshta delivery is 300 UAH.
Cash on delivery is available for orders from 500 UAH.
Shipping is possible without full prepayment, but separate conditions apply to promotional items:
- items with a discount of 31% or more are shipped only with full prepayment;
- items with a discount of up to 30% inclusive are shipped with a minimum prepayment: suitcases — 500 UAH, other items — 200 UAH.
When choosing cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges a fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. This fee is paid by the recipient.
Delivery in Kyiv
Orders from 6000 UAH
We deliver free of charge by Koffer.UA courier.
Orders under 6000 UAH
Delivery by Nova Poshta is available, or you can pick up the order from our stores.
If you refuse the item upon delivery, for example because the colour or size does not suit you, the courier visit fee is 100 UAH.
Payment options
Bank transfer
Payment to a private entrepreneur account using IBAN details.
Payment by instalments
Available for Monobank cardholders without additional fees or overpayments.
