Payment and delivery

• Delivery of goods is carried out from Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 19.00, delivery time is agreed upon in advance by phone.
• Free from 5000 UAH (up to 5000 UAH – delivery cost 100 UAH).
• Delivery time: from 2 hours to 2 days.
• The manager will call you to clarify the address and delivery time.
• The courier does not leave for delivery without prior confirmation by telephone. 
• In case of refusal to purchase at the time of actual receipt of the order, 100 UAH will be refunded — cost of courier departure (movement of the courier with the goods in both directions).

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE:

Sending the order by the carrier "Nova Poshta"

• When ordering goods for an amount less than 5000 UAH - According to Nova Poshta tariffs - You pay the delivery cost yourself of the goods to you at the NP department upon receipt of the parcel.
• Suitcases are sent by cash on delivery only with an advance payment of 500.00 UAH. (in case of your refusal of the goods, the advance payment goes towards paying off the transport services of the NP);
• When ordering goods worthmore than 5000 UAH. - the cost of delivery to the NP department is at our expense;
• If, when ordering a product, you choose "Cash on delivery - Payment upon receipt", then the money transfer fee is 2 % of the amount + 20 UAH. is charged from the recipient of the parcel (goods); 
• If, when ordering a product, you choose "ONLINE payment with VISA/Mastercard cards (WayforPay payment system) Without %" and its subsequent 100% prepayment, then when you receive the goods at the emergency department, you either pay the cost of delivery to you (if the amount of the goods is less than 5,000 UAH), or pick up the goods without additional payment (if the amount of the goods exceeds 5,000 UAH);
• Address delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer/customer according to the tariffs of the NewPostage and paid by you upon receipt of the parcel.
• The manager will call you to clarify delivery details;
• Orders are shipped within one to two business days;
• Delivery takes 1-2 days;
• You will be sent information about the parcel number, which will be in the carrier's company.

• Cash upon receipt (pickup, courier delivery);
• Cashless payment to the company's current account (IBAN). Bank details will be sent after the order details have been agreed.
• Payment card when placing an order through the website. When placing an order on the website, indicate the payment method “online payment”. After confirmation of the order by our managers, a link to the banking gateway for payment will be sent to your email. Payment is made through the payment service WayforPay or Plata by MONO.  When paying with a payment card, the cost of the goods does not change (we do not charge any additional fees or interest).
• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt). When sent by the carrier “Nova Poshta”
• Carrier commission " Nova Poshta"— 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
