The warranty is valid in the following cases:

Discovery of a material defect or a manufacturing defect during the operation of the product within the above-mentioned terms. In such cases, you should keep the sales receipt from the date of sale of the product indicated on it and contact the service center with it - list of service centers at the bottom of this page.

Not covered by warranty:

  • If the damage was caused by wear, careless use, exposure to high temperatures, sunlight or chemicals.
  • If the product was damaged due to the fault of the carrier during trips or travels. In such cases, you should immediately submit a claim to the carrier before leaving the airport or train station before exiting the customs area.

Buyer's rights

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can return the purchased goods to the Store in the following cases:

The goods have a significant defect (Article 8)

During the warranty period, a significant defect was found in the product that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the product for its intended purpose, which arose due to the fault of the manufacturer or the seller, after its elimination, it appears again for reasons independent of the buyer and is accompanied by one of the following signs:

  • the service center cannot eliminate the defect at all;
  • the service center cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days;
  • after repair, the product becomes essentially secondary, ceases to perform any functions.

The product does not fit the shape, dimensions, color, size or for some other reasons does not meet the requirements of the buyer (Article 9)

  • at the time of the exchange, there is no similar product on sale;
  • the product was used, i.e. is new and no more than 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, excluding the day of purchase;
  • the commercial appearance of the product, its consumer properties, and all included accessories, components and documentation are preservedto the completeness of the goods, their packaging, seals and labels have not been violated.
