Major manufacturers like Samsonite, Roncato, American Tourister, Travelite, Lojel, Epic, and Titan use only primary polycarbonate. This ensures high strength and reliability, but the cost of such suitcases is higher.

Another important aspect is material thickness. If you choose an overly lightweight and inexpensive suitcase, it may have thin walls. Thinner material always means reduced strength.
