Samsonite Ta Revolution is a series of soft foldable backpacks and travel accessories for situations where you need extra capacity on a trip without carrying a full second piece of luggage. It is not a line built around one shared construction in different sizes, but a set of separate solutions, including the foldable backpack S and the larger foldable backpack M.
Samsonite is an American brand founded in 1910. In Ta Revolution, its luggage logic feels calm and practical: not through a complex construction or a business-oriented format, but through a lightweight extra backpack that can be taken on the road and used when needed.
The series is based on a foldable format, soft construction and simple separation of items. In these models, the outer material and zippers are made from recycled PET plastic. In use, this is not a rigid city backpack and not a framed model. The body is soft: when empty, it folds down and takes up less space; when packed, it shapes itself around the contents.
Inside, the layout is simple: one main compartment for belongings and a front pocket for small items you may not want to place in the main space. That is why Ta Revolution is better understood not as a work backpack for tech, but as an additional soft format for carrying things while travelling.
The external elements support the travel scenario. The suitcase sleeve lets you secure the backpack on a telescopic handle when you do not want to carry it on your shoulders. Soft adjustable straps provide the familiar backpack carrying style, the top handle makes it easy to pick up quickly, and the pouch is used to fold the backpack away when it is not in use. The front pocket adds quick access to smaller items, but it does not turn the model into an organized business backpack.
Within the series, there is a difference in size and use case. The foldable backpack S is closer to a compact extra backpack for a light set of items. The foldable backpack M is larger and designed for underseat placement, so it fits better into short trips and cabin luggage scenarios. At the same time, both models remain soft foldable backpacks with basic organization.
The limits of the series matter. Ta Revolution should not be chosen as a backpack for complex work organization, daily tech carry or situations where a rigid shape is needed. Its purpose is different: to bring along a lightweight foldable backpack, use it as extra capacity and attach it to a suitcase when needed.
Samsonite Ta Revolution is suitable for those who need a simple travel backpack “just in case”: for items on the road, shopping, a short walk from the hotel or extra space alongside a suitcase. Here, the user gets not a technical work backpack, but a soft foldable format with a clear travel logic.
