❗ We also want to warn that delivery by Nova Poshta can take from 1 to 3 days, and sending – 1-3 days. Please consider this.

-  only with a minimum subscription: suitcases - UAH 500. Other goods UAH 200.

- only to working branches of Nova Poshta. Since the information about the active branches of the NP is constantly changing, we do not have time to update the data in the basket at the checkout. Therefore, when placing an order on the Koffer.UA website, choose from the drop-down list the branch that is definitely working. 

Around Kyiv:

-Delivery by our couriers in Kyiv.

- Self-pickup from our Koffer.UA store to the Marmelad shopping center on the street Borshchagivska, 154. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.

-Pick-up from our Koffer.UA store in the Gorodok Gallery Shopping Center, Stepana Bandera Avenue, 23. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.

More about warranty terms 

Return is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is New, without traces of use. There is a purchase receipt, uncut tags and packaging.

The return is made in our store if you bought in Kyiv. Or by New Mail at the expense of the buyer.
